Residential Home inspection NJ
Residential Home Inspection in Hawthorne, NJ and Passaic County
A home inspection is not a pass/fail test, it’s a detailed evaluation of a property’s condition at a specific point in time. As a buyer, it’s your opportunity to understand exactly what you’re purchasing before you hand over the biggest check of your life. As a seller, a pre-listing inspection removes surprises and puts you in a stronger negotiating position.
At Fresh Home Inspection, every residential inspection is conducted by Adnan Arslan, a licensed NJ home inspector who covers every accessible system and component of the home, from the foundation to the roof ridge.

How to Prepare for Your Inspection
For buyer inspections, try to be present for the full inspection your inspector can explain findings in real time and answer questions as they arise. The inspection typically takes 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.
If you are a seller preparing for a pre-listing inspection, ensure all areas of the home are accessible: attic hatch, basement, electrical panel, and utility areas. Having maintenance records for HVAC, roof, and major systems available is also helpful.
